        A time of candid and collaborative discussion.

    III. Needs / Hurts / Interests // Vernon

        Identifying and reconciling any past hurts or grievances, and exploring the individual callings of team members to the greater                          ministry.


 

II.  DAY TWO: HOSPITALITY

Saturday, February 18 

 

    I. Family Housekeeping // Melissa + Phillip

        Logistics of the 2017 season and how we can host you well. A discussion about the facilities role in the program environment led by Phillip.

    II. Framework Session // Melissa

        Overview of program schedules and identifying specific, daily programming intentions.

    III. Hospitality Opportunities Open Forum // Melissa

        An opportunity for all members of the team to provide insight into how to elevate the guest experience.

 

 

III.  DAY THREE: STRATEGY

Sunday, February 19 

 

    I. Creative Content Session // Steve

        Discussion led by Steve.

    II. Strategic Growth // Ian

        Discussion centered around strategic growth opportunities and future vision.

    III. Closing // Ian
